Elevator Integrated Controller

While designing the elevator integrated drive and controller, a variety of factors, including elevators' safety and reliability, inherent characteristics of elevator operation, and potential energy load characteristic of elevators, are taken into consideration.

Designed based on variable frequency speed regulation technology and elevator control technology, the elevator integrated drive and controller is an ideal combination of an elevator drive and an elevator controller.

Its dual 32-bit embedded microprocessor unit allows it to complete both elevator operation and motor drive functions.

It also features compact structure, small size, few wire connection and high reliability.

The elevator integrated drive and controller is suitable for both synchronous and asynchronous motor.

This product is applicable for residential lift, goods lift, car lift, ramp elevator, etc.

Elevator Integrated Controller

 

Motor Wiring
 

It is forbidden to short circuit or ground the Elevator Drive Controller output terminal, otherwise the internal components of the integrated controller will be damaged.

Do not short circuit the output cable and the integrated controller enclosure, otherwise electric shock may happen.

It is forbidden to connect the output terminal of the integrated controller to the capacitor or LC/RC noise filter with phase lead, otherwise, the internal components of the integrated controller may be damaged.

When contactor is installed between the integrated controller and motor, it is forbidden to switch on/off the contactor when the integrated controller is running; otherwise, large current will flow into the integrated controller, triggering the integrated controller protection action.

The lift serial inverter is compatible with smart phone tuning with comprehensive information. Support parameters and error data remote transfer, online guidance, balance coefficient detection and other functions.

The lift serial inverter tuning process is easy and efficient by simple auto-tuning (self-learning) operations to get motor parameters and initial angle for both rotating and static methods.

When working with Bluelight synchronous traction machine, the lift serial inverter could use predefined machine model information to improve commissioning efficiency and maximize machine performance.
